The NIGER DELTA INTEGRITY GROUP commends the Executive Chairman of Nembe Local Government Council Hon. Waribugo Sylva for investing massively in security. We reckon that this is one of the cardinal principles of the RESTORATION AGENDA. NDIG believes that the relative peace of lives and property enjoyed by the people of the area is the result of his laudable initiatives. Some of these initiatives include:
1. Building a befitting Police Station for the LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA
2. SETTING up OPERATION KITIKITIYEMIEKUMA - OPERATION NO VIOLENCE"
3. PROCURING SPEEDBOATS FOR THE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENTS TO KEEP THE PEACE
4. Reorientation of the Youths in the LGA on the use of dialogue and other peaceful means of resolving conflicts
5 Faithfully paying the allowances of law enforcement agencies in the LGA.
THE PEACE ENJOYED BY THE PEOPLE OF NELGA IS THE RESULT OF THESE LAUDABLE INITIATIVES.
