Deacon James Dugo is to take charge of Local Government and Community Development; Mr. Mitema Obodor presides over the Ministry of Sports Development; Mr. Felix Tuodolor will head the Culture and Ijaw National Affairs Ministry; Mr. Francis Ikio, will oversee the Energy Ministry; Mrs. Sarafina Otazi, who is for Women and Social Development; Mrs. Marie Ebikake, takes over as Commissioner for Transport; Mr. Duate Iyabi will handle the Finance portfolio and Dr. Sylvanus Abila, who is entrusted with the responsibility of the Environment Ministry.


Mr. Akpoebide Alamieyeseigha will head the Youth Development Ministry; Mr. Furuebi Akene takes charge of lands and Survey; Agriculture and National Resources will be headed by Dr. Thomas Commander; Mr. Salo Adikumo will take charge of Education; Works and Infrastructure will be overseen by Mr. Lawrence Erudjakpo while Messrs James Agari, Mr. Kuroekigha Walter Ben – Wari and Mr. William Alamene are in charge of the Special Duties Ministry West, East and Central respectively.
Others are Mr. Ayakeme Massah (Trade Investment and Industry; Mr. Dein Binadoumene (Water Resources); Mr. Fred Obua (Special Projects Governor’s Office); Mr. Nelson Belief (Tourism Development); Mr. Ambrose Alfred (Employment and Manpower Development); Markson Fefegha (Information and Orientation); Mr. Zuwa Konugha; Mr. Gesiye Isowo (Federal Programmes and Projects) and Mr. Ball Oyarede (Housing and Urban Development).
